".......what you often find is that while there is a kind of will or impetus that seems to want to do it, the reality is that the real urge of transparency is more SYMBOLIC than real.....in other word, lips service than practically doing it!!!....
......................................i am making a statement on the premise of current trend of politicians especially on major policy driven initiatives and major promises made by politicians regardless of their party and position........
